How It Works

We will ask you to explain your evaluation criteria and how you ultimately decide who to pitch or hire. The conversation focuses heavily on your real-world workflow and recent project examples.

Who This Is For

We are looking for marketing professionals who actively manage influencer or creator campaigns. We welcome in-house brand managers, agency-side influencer specialists, digital PR coordinators, and social media strategists. You should have direct experience building creator lists and evaluating talent for specific marketing initiatives.
