About the Role

We are looking for experienced Academic and Education professionals to contribute to realistic professional-writing and education-domain use cases across business, academic, technical, and career-related contexts. The ideal candidate will have strong academic or education expertise, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to produce clear, structured, accurate, and well-supported content in a professional tone. Candidates should be comfortable applying U.S.-specific education practices and maintaining awareness of relevant U.S. academic standards, institutional policies, regulations, and jurisdictional considerations.

Experience with curriculum systems, learning management systems, academic assessment tools, education technology, research platforms, and institutional data systems is highly preferred.

• Develop high-quality business, technical, academic, and career-related education content.
• Apply appropriate academic terminology, tone, structure, and formatting for different audiences.
• Use practical knowledge of teaching, curriculum, assessment, academic administration, research, and education workflows.
• Incorporate relevant U.S. education standards, institutional policies, regulations, and jurisdictional considerations.
• Review content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, inclusivity, educational relevance, and academic integrity.
• Identify inaccuracies, unsupported claims, unclear explanations, and potential compliance or academic integrity concerns.
• Provide expert feedback to improve the quality and realism of academic and education-related tasks.
• Collaborate with project teams to evaluate and refine education-related content and professional use cases.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional experience in academia, education, research, or academic administration preferred.
• Strong expertise in at least one or more of the listed academic or education categories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating, reviewing, teaching, researching, or managing academic or education-related content.
• Strong understanding of U.S. academic practices, education systems, institutional expectations, and relevant regulations.
• Ability to explain complex academic or subject-matter concepts clearly and accurately.
• Strong analytical, research, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Faculty, Research,
• Student Services, Administration, Technology, Compliance, or Operations.
  Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree, doctorate, or equivalent advanced qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience as a professor, lecturer, teacher, researcher, academic advisor, program coordinator, instructional designer, or education administrator.
• Experience with U.S.-focused academic institutions, research organizations, vocational education, education technology, learning platforms, curriculum development, assessment, academic research, accessibility, academic integrity, or regulatory compliance.

Offer Details

• Commitment Required: 40 hours per week with 8 hours of overlap with PST
• Engagement Type: Contractor
• Engagement Length: Up to 5 weeks
• Candidates may be selected based on their specific academic specialization and relevant U.S. education-domain expertise.
